BUYER should:
1. Carefully read our shipping terms before placing an order.
2. Carefully read information about payment methods.
3. Provide us with the correct email for future correspondence and an exact shipping address for order delivery.
4. Contact us at sales@russian-ushanka.com if there are any questions.
5. Provide us with any kind of evidence in order to receive replacement in case the item(s) was lost or damaged. (A scanned or digital picture of a damaged item is preferable)
Russian-Ushanka Company will:
1. Send you an order confirmation letter with payment instructions when the order has been submitted. Send you a confirmation letter once payment has been received. Send shipping confirmation letter what the order is shipped.
2. Ship the order within 2-3 business days after payment receipt. Please, read shipping terms.
3. Pack items damage free and maintain satisfaction guarantee.
4. If your item came damaged, is lost or has not arrived in a specified time, please, contact us immediately and we will solve this problem ASAP.
Some possible solutions:
Replacement (if it is possible to get the same item ASAP); shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
Replacement with the similar item (you can choose any other item of equal cost); shipping cost should be paid by buyer.
Refund of the item price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
